1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of design services by Hub Graphics (“the Designer”, “we”, “us”) to the client (“you”, “the Client”). By commissioning work from Hub Graphics, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Work

All work undertaken will be clearly outlined in the initial deposit invoice or accompanying proposal. This will include a description of deliverables, timelines, and any agreed specifications.

Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges and will be quoted separately.

3. Pricing Structure

All services are priced per required item unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Changes to the brief may result in revised costs.

4. Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work commences.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 10 days of the final invoice being issued.
  • Final deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received.
  • Late payments may result in delays, withholding of files, or additional fees where applicable.

5. Communication

Clear, timely, and open communication is expected from both parties throughout the project. Delays in feedback or approval may impact project timelines and delivery dates.

6. Revisions and Approval

A reasonable number of revisions will be included as outlined in the project agreement. Excessive revisions or changes beyond the original brief may be subject to additional charges.

Once final designs are approved, any further changes will be treated as a new project or billed separately.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Full ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the Client only after full payment has been received.
  • The Designer retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any unused concepts or drafts remain the property of the Designer.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary information, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure they have the right to use any materials supplied to the Designer (e.g., images, logos, fonts).
  • Review and approve work promptly.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If a project is cancelled by the Client after work has begun, the Client may be liable for payment proportional to the work completed.
  • The Designer reserves the right to cancel a project if communication breaks down or if the Client breaches these Terms.

10. Liability

Hub Graphics will not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work.
  • Errors or omissions once final approval has been given by the Client.

It is the Client’s responsibility to proof all final materials.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

12. Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of the project. These are subject to change based on Client responsiveness and scope adjustments.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14. Amendments

Hub Graphics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be subject to the Terms in place at the time of booking.
