1. Scope of Services

At Hub Graphics, we offer a range of professional graphic design services including, but not limited to, logo design, branding, print collateral, website design, and digital marketing materials. All services provided will be outlined in a project brief agreed upon by both parties.

2. Project Proposal and Timeline

Once we receive your initial inquiry and project details, we will provide you with a written proposal that includes:

  • A description of the services we will deliver.
  • The project timeline and key milestones.
  • The total cost for the project.

Any modifications to the scope of work or additional services requested by the Client may result in additional fees, which will be agreed upon in writing before work continues.

3. Deposit & Payment Terms

3.1 Deposit Requirement

To commence any project, Hub Graphics requires a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total project fee. This deposit will be invoiced upon agreement of the project scope and must be paid via [bank transfer, PayPal, etc.] before work begins.

3.2 Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the total fee is due within two weeks of receiving the final invoice. The final invoice will be issued once the project has been completed, and all deliverables have been provided to the Client. Payment must be made in full within this two-week period. 4. Revisions and Deliverables

  • Hub Graphics includes [X] rounds of revisions as part of the original project fee. Any additional revisions outside of the initial agreement will incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any work being done.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary materials (e.g., text, images, branding guidelines) in a timely manner.
  • Offer clear, actionable feedback and approval of work within the agreed timeline to avoid project delays.
  • Pay invoices in accordance with the agreed terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Hub Graphics retains ownership of all design work created until the final payment has been received in full.
  • Upon receiving full payment, the Client will be granted exclusive rights to the final design(s) for the purposes outlined in the project scope.
  • Hub Graphics reserves the right to use the design work for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Client.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • If the Client wishes to cancel the project after work has commenced, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If Hub Graphics is unable to continue work due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), the Client will be notified immediately. In such cases, any deposit paid will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled timeline.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the project private. Hub Graphics will not disclose the Client’s sensitive information to third parties, except as required by law or with the Client's prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Hub Graphics will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the final design work.
  • The Client assumes responsibility for ensuring that all design work complies with applicable laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.

11. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise in relation to these terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before taking any further legal action.

12. Amendments

Hub Graphics reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the effective date updated. We encourage you to periodically review these terms for any updates.
